Your quote has a link to our rental agreement. When you fill this out, you’ll be securing your date with a 20% deposit. 5 days before your event or shipping the equipment, the remainder of the invoice will be charged as well as a refundable security deposit.

We ship out UPS early so that you have the equipment 1 or 2 days before your event. This should give you enough time to test the equipment and make sure you’re comfortable.

If you’re near one of our offices and opted for local delivery and/or staff we will coordinate with you to be there 1-2 hours early.

UPS return lables are in the box, just put them on and call UPS or drop off at your local UPS office.
