SETTING UP A NEW EVENT

  1. Open App
  2. Menu > Set Event
  3. Create New Event
  4. Set Event Title & Event Date (24 hours to check in/out )

SETTING UP MORE THAN ONE PHONE

If you have more than one phone at an event, each phone must be set to the same event to synchronize all of the headphones.  This allows you to check out on one and check in on another.

  1. Open App
  2. Menu > Set Event
  3. Either Tap the event you want to set OR scan the QR code of the first device

CHECKING OUT HEADPHONES

  1. Enter Email & Phone (Menu>Options: set which is required)
  2. Click “Next”
  3. Tap headphones NEXT TO CAMERA on top of the phone
  4. Click “Next”
  5. If the client has a NFC tap-able card OR Apple/Samsung/Google pay tap next to the camera
  6. If the client does not have a tap-able card, TAP the grey “ID Verified”
    1. Tap to take a picture of their card (front &  back)
    2. Click “Done”
  7. Click can tap the “rental agreement” to see the agreement
  8. Client provides their signature and click
  9. Click “Done”

RETURNING HEADPHONES

During the event 

  1. On the main page, click the NFC icon on the bottom right. This will listen for 10 seconds.
  2. Tap the Headphones next to the camera

End of the night (Returns only)

  1. Menu > Return Mode
  2. Tap the Headphones next to the camera

EXPRESS CHECK-IN

Pre-registring your guests with Express Check in: 

  1. Send this URL to  your guests

At the venue while clients are waiting online: 

  1. On the main page, click the menu and select “pre-register code”
  2. Have the user scan and fill out the information
    1. If the code is not working, this is the link
  3. The user will get a QR code

Checking a person in

  1. Click the scan icon next to the “email” “phone” feilds
  2. Scan the QR Code
  3. Click Next and tap their headphones
  4. If the person filled out their credit card information, all they will need to do is sign.

EVENT STATS

  1. Home > Menu > Event Stats
    1. Active: How many headphones are currently being used
    2. Total Checked out: If a 1 hour event has 10 people use headphones then return them and another 10 people rent, then the total checked out would be 20
    3. Max checked out: This how many headphones were checked out at once throughout the night.
