Step by Step Process

1. Submit a Quote

Use our Request a Quote form to quickly submit your request.

A party expert will contact you ASAP to review your request and ensure that you understand everything.  Can’t wait, give us a call (800) 833-9281

Your quote has a link to our rental agreement. When you fill this out, you’ll be securing your date with a 20% deposit. 5 days before your event or shipping the equipment, the remainder of the invoice will be charged as well as a refundable security deposit.

We ship out FedEx early so that you have the equipment 1 or 2 days before your event. This should give you enough time to test the equipment and make sure you’re comfortable.

If you’re near one of our offices and opted for local delivery and/or staff we will coordinate with you to be there 1-2 hours early.

Have fun partying & relax knowing that we’re there 24×7 if you should need something.

FedEx return labels are in the box, just put them on and call FedEx or drop off at your local FedEx office.
